We carry a certificate of registration to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 accredited by UKAS Quality Management. This covers all aspects of sheet metal and steel fabrication engineering in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel.
We carry out monthly internal audits and biannual Quality System Review Meetings with annual external audits carried out by Centre for Assessment Ltd.
It is a requirement for all managers at Gilmours to attend the quality meetings ensuring all of the quality management issues are discussed openly.
On a practical side we endeavor to offer the best quality products at the best value to our customers. We study our customer feedback carefully to try and build a more efficient business for ourselves and our customers.
We are always looking at ways on improving our quality throughout the operation of the business from customer contact through to site installation and see this as paramount to our success.
